Refunds & Returns

The following are the options available for our customers if they wish to request a refund or return an item

1.    Full refund if you don’t receive your order

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the 30 day delivery time we have promised. If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Arcmall.com

2.    Refund or keep items not as described

You can get a full refund if your item is significantly different from the seller’s description. However, you will need to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo. If you are required to return the item to get a refund, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

3.    Few things to keep in mind

  • You need to request for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • In order to request for a refund, you need to contact one of our customer care agents with your order number and they will assist you with the process.
  • Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund.
  • Depending on your financial institute, a refund for an item can take up to 14 days to be credited to your payment account.
  • Every refund request will be processed within 48 hours, if a return is not required. If we request you to return the item, then the refund request will only be processed once the item has been returned to the applicable destination.
